How do we help?
Regardless of whether you need help before or after making a purchase, you can contact us by telephone, e-mail or letter. In most cases, we will be able to help you right away. In other cases, we will make inquiries first in collaboration with our European sister offices, to determine your options. Our advice is free, and we will help you for the duration of your case.
Who are we?
ECC Denmark is the Danish member of the European Consumer Centres Network, a network that helps you as a consumer in connection with cross-border trade within the EU. The network comprises a European Consumer Centre in every EU country as well as in Norway and Iceland. Our goal is for you to feel safe when you shop, regardless of whether you shop in Denmark or in another EU country.
ECC Denmark is financed by the Danish Consumer Agency and the EU Commission.
